MOBILE CASE MANAGEMENT

WHAT IS A CASE RESOURCE SPECIALIST?

Our Case Resource Specialists (CRS) become partners with our clients. Our team of specialists go into the community to provide resources to our clients wherever they may reside.

Case Resource Specialists support clients' immediate needs by providing housing, medical, and legal resources, while helping them navigate systems to build sustainable lives.

After our CRS team has evaluated that basic needs are met, the partnership builds to include new pathways for economic success, exposure to new experiences, and discovering their own stories of fulfillment.

We understand that transportation throughout Los Angeles is a social barrier... So we removed it.
