Youth Navigators are paid Santa Monica’s current minimum wage.
How many hours per week can a Youth Navigator work?
Youth Navigators can work up to 20 hours per week.
What type of job training is available?
Training includes typing, basic computer skills, resume building, creating digital flyers, documentation practices, social media and marketing, public speaking, financial literacy, applying for jobs and college, and more.
Is there an age limit?
Applicants must be between 16 and 25 years old.
