Through our Mobile Case Management model, our team travels throughout Los Angeles County to meet young people in their own communities. That might mean grandma's house, a park, a coffee shop, school, or another place where a young person feels comfortable.

 

Instead of expecting youth to navigate transportation, unfamiliar systems, and disconnected services on their own, we bring support to them.
