WHAT IS A YOUTH NAVIGATOR?
The Coalition for Engaged Education hires up to four Youth Navigators at a time for a year-long, paid position based in our home office.

Who can apply for the Youth Navigator Program?​
Current clients participating in the Mobile Case Management service who have been recommended by their Case Resource Specialist or Los Angeles County Job Corps.
How much does it pay?
​Youth Navigators are paid Santa Monica’s current minimum wage.
How many hours per week can a Youth Navigator work?​
Youth Navigators can work up to 20 hours per week.
What type of job training is available?
Training includes typing, basic computer skills, resume building, creating digital flyers, documentation practices, social media and marketing, public speaking, financial literacy, applying for jobs and college, and more.

Is there an age limit?
Applicants must be between 16 and 25 years old.
