YOUTH NAVIGATOR PROGRAM
Part-time paid opportunity offering professional development training
The Coalition hires up to 5 Youth Navigators (YNs) at a time for a year-long, paid position in our home office. YNs will not only supply administrative support to the office, but will also attend events in order to assist case managers, mentor other clients, and speak at community engagements, but will get job skills training and learn how to build a resume, ace a job interview and apply to college.

Who can apply? Current C/HOPE and C/FORWARD clients with the recommendation of their case manager
How much does it pay? Current minimum wage in Santa Monica
How many hours a week can a YN work? A maximum of 20 hours per week
What type of job training is available? We have trainings available in typing, basic computer skills, resume building, Canva flyers, scanning and storage of documents, social media and marketing, public speaking, finance, applying for college, and more.
Is there an age limit? Clients aged 16-25 are eligible
